just when you think the posts have stopped...

It seems like weeks (which it has been)...
Since we last wrote-
We had Jack's baptism, no fuss from the man. We also had a party post baptism with all of Sarah's family plus my mom and Jack's grammie and grandad from Newberg. It was our second party in 2 days (we had a couple friends and kids over for dinner the night before). As we approach summer we hope to have more gatherings at our house.

We have had some good weather late and on more than one occasion i have returned home from work to find kids and adults enjoying our new deck . We are enjoying our deck as much as we can with the good weather we have had. Our friend Neona is helping us fix up our yard which also is going to make our yard a better hosting spot.

Sarah took Jack in for 4 month appointment today (we had delayed for a week hoping that he would kick his current cold, no such luck). She found out that Jack had an ear infection, which explains his fussiness and difficulty sleeping well lately. Hopefully, the drugs will kick in soon and he will be back to restful self. Jacks stats- 90% for head, 75% for height and 50% for weight.

Sarah is off to womens retreat tomorrow night so I get 2 nights and 2 days as single parent. Should be quite the challenge for me. It will be a little taste for me for what Sarah will experience when I go for training trip in CA in 2 week.s Sarah is going to come join me with kids in the second week but that still is one week alone for her.
